Never received. I paid for this Jan 2025. He stopped responding and will not ship or refund

The owner, despite several communications and promises will not ship or refund the amount paid. We ordered on Jan 2025 and never received the santa boots. Owner stopped responding and apparently thinks keeping the money is acceptable. Will be contacting VISA for a refund.
